In life, everyone is entitled to their own mistakes, and it is up to the person to learn from those mistakes. However, there are numerous of people, including myself, who try to hold back the truth that they made a mistake. It takes time to own up to one, and it is based off of your level of maturity to own up to your won mistake. Your flaws are based off your mistakes.
Nowadays, the world we live in is full of judgmental people, who automatically make a conclusion about a person whether they know the person or not. They make false accusations of someone and spread rumors and lies about them, trying to bring their spirit down. Majority of my mother’s side of the family lives on the rough side of Chester, Pa. whenever I think of Chester, I now think of casinos, poverty, drugs, killings, etc. one thing I have learned from having to experience that life style is you have to make a way out of it. My 21 year old cousin is a prime example of that. My cousin has been through a lot during his life, enough to write a novel. Even though we are 15 years apart, he uses his life lesions as advice and words of encouragement for me. After telling me his full story –well the most of it–I learned enough about him, which made me, admire and gain more respect for him. Sometime ago, he got arrested for drug possession and spent 18 months in prison for it.
